    ... good, but as usual, not the type of stuff we are used to - lotus flower roots (again), pumpkin (very good), fish soup (fresh fish from the local lake), "asparagus lettuce," and really good fried string potatoes with chives.     We arrived safely in Changsha on Sunday. Smile, our guide, was there to greet us at the airport in Changsha. All of the Chinese guides pick another name that is Americanized or easier to pronounce. Mia decided Smile was appropriate because he smiled all of the time.
