... have time because we thought we were going to miss our train. I will say here and now, that despite all the warnings I had been given, we did decide to travel during a public holiday. Was it as bad as I imagined? No, but it was still horribly crowded and hectic. So, standing in a huddle, fuming, our group spent about ten minutes trying to brainstorm a plan in the event that we missed our next train. It's at this point that Morgan, the one native ...

Been to work with my new "do" and the general consensus is that it makes me look younger. Well that is what hair dye does doesn't it otherwise we wouldn't go to the extremes to get it done.
It was great walking to work in the snow but it has stopped now and it is actually a bit warmer. The snow on the ground is starting to melt but there were plenty of people in the park throwing snow balls at each other.

... cool especially as the Canadians are going through a bit of an early heat wave.
I have been cracking the kids up as I am learning to count to 10. They think it is hilarious. They were giving me a few pointers today with my pronunciation. I recited the numbers off tonight in the coffee shop and Morgan, a Chinese teacher, didn't even recognize that I was trying to count. I think the effort that I put into learning a few words is wasted as my accent is ...
