A travel blog entry by sazuni on Oct 04, 2014

Today was definetely one of my best days in Korea!
Together with a friend I met at work, we went to Gamcheon.
It's a village with a route along different art pieces, but not like statues or paintings.
Houses being decorated on the outside, walls with (okay) paintings, rooms with pictures and more. It was great, everything looked so colorful ^^ ...

... sure my passport, second bank card and emergency cash were still inside. That's when I saw the wet passport.

Thankfully all the writing and visa stamps are still legible, though the stamps have bled through to the next page. However, my passport photo has faded and smudged to the point where you can't see me. You can just make out my eyes and hair, everything else is a blur.

Unfortunately for him, we didn't see him win once, but on a game that pays 36:1, all it takes is one good spin to pay off. We closed out day one with a walk through the town and then back to the beach to take in the night view. After just one day there, we were already planning our next ...

... than Seoul, and refresing to see a beach and the sea. We had a mahoosive burger in TGI fridays - not exactly very Korean but it was worth it, we got a nice view of the sea. We ticked of the things we wanted to see in our two days here - as half expected we didn't get anywhere near all of them done, that just means we have to go back yey!

First stop was the Trick Eye Museum - we cheated and got a ...
