I went there to see if it was really possible. The directions I found were good and when I reached the building, all the musicstores were said to be located in, I was excited.
There were indeed many stores but none of them was specialized in piano's, too bad. But while I was walking around in this maze of stores, I could hear someone playing piano and so I followed the sound and found the Yamaha store.

There are murals, sculptures and art installations everywhere and also many studios and workshops and book cafés open to the public. I spent a couple of hours wandering through Gamcheon's narrow streets and stairways admiring all the public art, following the guided tour map sold at the village's entrance for ₩2,000. ... score!) and wandered to The Wolfhound for a fry breakfast. SO good!! Then of course we went back to the beach, because why not get a couple more hours of sand in?

We finally made our way back to Daegu and finished our night at Travelers. The best place in Daegu for a late-night dinner after traveling. Needless to say, by the time I made it back to my apartment, it was a struggle to stay awake in the shower. But I wouldn't have had my weekend any other way.

After lunch we attended a wine tasting. The wine wasn’t that fantastic nor was the company at first. We keep on being seated with the really oldies and sometimes they look at us like we are crew and what are we doing in this situation. That’s ok, they warmed up a little at the end.

Off to trivia again, and we couldn’t find any friends so we had to use our own brains ...
