    ... signage at station and no directions on hotel web site. Hotel 4 Viale Masini modern and comfy for 64e. Room faced Main Street to west and was 28deg when I arrived. Reception said law made them turn off aircon on 15 Oct!! Fortunately could open window a bit. Lunch at tabac/bar next door- cheese salad with good bread.     ... and was a lot more strenuous than I had expected. We prepared the filling for the tortelloni - mashed baked pumpkin, nutmeg (the nutmeg grater was very nifty) and parmigiana.     ... in Bologna. I had a late lunch and went for a starter - fried bread with soft cheese and cold cuts. I also added a salad. It was huge.
