Kevin had the boar Bombette with three different fillings one rocket the and Parmesan, one mushroom and bacon, one buffalo mozzarella , I had Orecchiette with a slow cooked meat sauce,both very meaty dishes. Kevin's entree was meatballs and tomato sauce and I had beef carpaccio which is paper thin raw beef cut and served with rocket leaves and Parmesan. We had a half bottle of local Primativo red. All good

    ... a fun couple of hours at the rocky beach here swimming under the cliff caves.


    We visited the town of Matera which has the Sassi, which up until the 1950's was the slum cave dwellings that hundreds of people lived in,
    with no power or running water, with families and animals all living together in such a small, cramped space.

    It was a massive ravine were all there houses/caves were.

    We walked down into the skinny little windy streets in between the houses.

    Riley liked the houses a lot because they look ruined and I like the looks of them as well.

    After that we walked around the hill and saw more houses but this time they were put inside of the mountain not like a little bit sticking out.

    We arrived in Puglia and this is the only place in the world that has these triangle roofs.

    They look so fun to climb on but we are not allowed dad said so.

    And and the first thing we did was jump in the pool. It is quite small but so much fun.

    We ended up getting in the pool 3 times and it was so much fun.

    And in this place it has a bunk bed yay.
