We've just celebrated Easter, with a fast amount of food! Three things seem important here. Gigantic platters of lamb, thick walled pastries and family. I was lucky enough to be invited to join my friend Seb's family. We have had a lovely time in Mallorca, Spain.

All the pictures I have seen of this lovely island are chockfull of people! Where did they all go? I felt like we had the entire island to ourselves.
