        ... was encompassed by tall trees which sheltered you and made you feel you were in the middle of nowhere, despite it being in the large city. It was recommended that I try a bread which then had the infamous paste of black beans on, topped with like an omelette egg and optional spicy tomatoe sauce, which was not that spicy! I have to say it really was quite yummy- unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of it, however, if you do ever go there they have an 'example' ...

        ... some fried plantain. It is very nice and cost about 3 Squids..quite a bargain, especially when living at The Rock B&B you need some dinner. Buying food for home and other cost of living seems to be pretty similar, nothing really major. It is better to buy fruit and veg from the markets, I am told and yet to experience as perhaps need somewhere to live first..! It's safe to say American food did not live up to my expectations! I literally felt my heart clog with the amount of cheese they put on my hotdog!
