Did a quick trip into old city area. Was blown away by the scale and extent of the grand buildings.

A very metropolitan city unlike Salzburg which still remains more Germanic-European. A big presence of Eastern Europeans Slavs and Turkish. I can see why it was an attraction to people like Mozart.

... you. Better bring your own bags because you cannot buy one even, they simply don't exist. We of course did all of this wrong, thank goodness the young lad was kind enough to help us so we could get our stugg through. at least we had our own shopping bags, on a winner there.
Cooked tea in the van tonight, spag bol, easy and tasty. It is pretty cool here tonight and very very windy. Looking forward to tomorrow.
