    Nice and cheap for quick stay

    Nice pool
    Nice hammock
    Breakfast - spaghetti on toast (can't complain)

    ... funny, they make you feel like home and "one in the family". And the women here are so cute! Everybody have black afrohair with a special flower of the side of the ear. When I look at them I only think "Hula Hula" :D Tomorrow we are leaving Nadi for 9 days island hopping! Gonna be AAAAWESOOOME!!!! Guess I'm not gonna have wifi at all, my Fiji phonenumber doesn't work that well, and will check later ...

    ... expecting at least that. What we got was the complete opposite, the beach was dirty with dead seaweed, the water goes out so far with the tide that it isn't possible to swim and the resort directly next door was under construction. So all in all first impressions were not great (but STA had advised this place was great so we held out some hope). This was shattered pretty quickly once we sat down for lunch and the food was extremely poor, we don't now have high expectations ...

    The next few days were very relaxed. We had a buffet breakfast; I ignored all the cereals and patisseries in lieu of the variously cooked eggs and omelettes, cooked tomato, raw vegetable sticks and on one occasion Asian porridge with rice, veg, egg and chicken.
