    Nice and cheap for quick stay

    Nice pool
    Nice hammock
    Breakfast - spaghetti on toast (can't complain)

    So after what feels 24hours in the dark, arriving in fiji and sleeping for literally another 20 hours I am awake and outside! Plane journeys were great, had 2 seats to Hong Kong and a row of 4 to Nadi! Hint for future airport travel - never allow me to do a transit flight alone!! Ended up trying to board the wrong airline and leaving my passport/ …

    ... very friendly, low key and approachable and we learnt a lot about their lives and Fiji whilst we were on the island.
    Siobhan saved a girls life whilst we were on the island too. The girl was having an asthma attack and Siobhan came to the rescue, with her inhalers.
    On the Monday the cyclone had passed far enough away that we were able to travel to our next island - Nacula island in the Yasawa Island ...

    The fight by Fiji airways was excellent, and even in economy we seemed to have plenty of room and were able to sleep. We chatted to a young Fijian who was returning home for his holidays. Nice guy but has to work in Canada now to earn the money for his extended family's needs. Well done Captain, you got us to Nadi airport in Fiji an hour early. Unfortunately, that means we've arrived at 5:00 in the morning, and nothing is open as we drive around to our resort complex at the other end ...

    ... at trivia because a cocktail snuck up on mum so she was useless, we were robbed on a few questions but we’ll try again tomorrow. Dinner at the Lido deck after a power nap back in my room. Mum and I shared a bottle of wine before they headed to bed. At 9:30 there was a party at the Lido pool so I dragged myself out of bed. It looked like fun, but I was so tired. I stayed for one drink and bought a fancy light up cup!
