    Thank you for all your comments about the blog but we haven't quite finished yet! Still about 24 hours before we'll be on our doorsteps, a whole city still to explore and at least one more blog post!     Been very busy last couple of days - just had time to catch up and I am a few days behind. We drove up to the local car ferry in Trezzamo The ferry was quick, we drove on and sat on the top deck for 10 minutes.     ... br> We caught the bus/metro to the city and tramped around downtown Milano for a day, and climbed up onto the roof-walk of the Duomo, which I cannot deny, is a spectacular building! Simply breathtaking, and it's only taken 500 years so far to build, but we were assured that it will be finished"soon"....
