... a huge fireworks display and we had to mission out with 180,000 others. We were filmed so many times by the TV crews while being up front, obversely pays to be blondes. hopefully we make it to some of the artists movies. Also became known to the security dudes, plenty of free drinks and them taking photos of artists as well as us. Sarsha even got fed bacon and spring rolls from them.. Haha. It helped being sprayed with water every now and then, as it was rather hot ...

... and beautiful. Walking a few more minutes down the road, we visited Manneken Pis, a statue of a boy constantly urinating. It certainly was a statue.
A walk through the Museum of the City of Brussels was quite lovely, with the highlight being a large room dedicated to the hundreds of costumes used to clothe the Peeing Boy statue on various holidays.
We decided to have a late lunch at the only restaurant ...

... boys who had been a couple of days before hand said it was very quiet. ... made for the world fair when it was held in Brussels. It was fun to go in all the spheres and to see a view of the surrounding areas of Brussels, but it wasn’t all that great. Reviews of the place say that you should go inside because you will regret missing it if you don’t, but that when you do, you will be disappointed.
