to Evisa, famed for its chestnut forests and on to Cortes, in the central
mountain area. We camped at the foot of Gorge Restonica, but were unable to
take the van up the gorge, as it is too big, and the heat was so excessive,

Our Bastia accommodation was Hotel ...

... we drove 3000 miles and really saw a lot.

We walked around the downtown for a short time. We shared a panini sandwich and each had a beer. This town is very hilly. I felt really lazy today and just wanted to go back to the hotel and rest. I didn't sleep well last night. We got to Face Time with all our children and grandchildren—yeah!!

We inquired about where we ...
