We decided on one more night at Caranca Gorge as it is so peaceful. Enjoyed salmon on the BBQ, Veuve Clicquot champagne with a light salad starter and lovely local walnuts for pleasure with our evening coffee. Great to see that the Veuve Clicqout champagne is by appointment to HM Queen Elizabeth II, rather good for a French champagne!!
