    ... undie designs out of the 4 you can get. I got the polka dot jersey and plain yellow boxers with the Tour de France sign on them.

    We went to the beach - it doesn't have sand it has stones. We had lunch on the beachfront at a restaurant. When we got into the water we saw a whole lot of fish. I nearly touched some but they are too fast. There are big and small fish everywhere. A storm was coming so the water was quite dark and scary. It was warm though.

    ... 60s but much cooler! I envy their free spirits but could not imagine the lifestyle they have set up for themselves. They suggested we stop at the alchemist at the bottom of the hill. We did not know what that meant but we went out of our way to visit him and have a cup of tea. He is most definately an artist and also collects crystals and various other stones. I wish there had been a way to send a piece of his art work home. Thats all for now until tomorrow ...

    ... turning power. The pilot was exceptional. This was followed by the French version of the red arrows, same shapes and manoeuvres. The rain was sprinkling down, and we walked several miles from where we parked the car to the beach to watch the display - tired! Latour bas elne was en fete on Saturday. The villagers were eating and drinking together in the square. We went down to Argeles sur Mer for D to have a dip. It was windy and the current was pulling seawards. Apparently ...

    ... the various entertainment the site had to offer. The boys have also taken a real shine to card games, with Knockout Whist and Poop-head currently on the repertoire, with surely more to follow. The pitch we were given had an incredible view of the lake and we were certainly sad to leave, but is was a good way to mark the end of the camping, and the beginning of the end of our journey.
