... we were doing and down alleys all the way. On arrival, a nurse told us where to wait, blood dripping as we went. Then within 5 minutes a Doctor arrived to see Linda, then within another 10 minutes she was stitched up, then x-rays were done. We are talking 9.30pm - and x-ray department was open. So within 25 minutes we were in and out of the hospital. Just like in the UK. Nooooot.. I checked Linda got home ...

Food, no Food.

... she had transferred the cash, she had second thoughts, 'maybe we will never get the food now'...oh dear! No food arrived that day. Linda phoned and they said yes, it would be here by 12 midnight. So poor Linda waited food. Next day, promise of 10am delivery, no luck then either. This happened for 5 days. Various times of the day were promised. Then Linda was told that the driver had gone to Athens first, then ...

Biking, repairs and Speedometer.

... at keep fit know how many calories I burnt cycling to the gym. etc., etc., Saddo, but I really love having my speedo, it has changed cycling for me and made it challenging, and much more interesting.

I have marked the lagoon on the map, I have put the 'balloon' near the road taken to go into the Olive Groves. We cycle anti-clockwise around the lagoon and then set off into the Olive Groves and it is a circular route back to the Marina.

So although it was a rainy day, Martin duly turned up at 10am on 15th January...FOR WORK. He was given a smart black jacket type overall to wear, and then duties to complete. Martin made the Naan breads (about 80 of them), he also made a lovely yoghurt,cucumber,coriander dressing, then he was helping with the onion Bhaji ...
