          Nothing a Munich motel 6. Clean, hotel was taken care of, not a bad place at all. I'd stay here again if I needed a hotel in central Munich. It's an inexpensive hotel in the middle of a big city....and not a bad hotel. Just a basic, clean hotel. Internet was 3.90 Euros a day.

          The drive from Venice to Rosenheim was over seven hours including a few stops and took us through the Dolomite Mountains with stunning scenery, castles on every hilltop and crazy Italian traffic like none we've seen so far.           ... bahn tickets and figured out which train we would be taking. The S-bahn ride was about 15 minutes, followed by a 20-30 minute walk to the campsite from the station. It was about as far out of the city as you could be while still technically being in Munich. We were even next to a farm, which I do not typically associate with Munich.
