... white knuckled through hundreds of near misses with other car/buses and stone walls. Walked up the street shown on the Google map and didn't find the store. We criss-crossed the town, asking a dozen people for help. After a thorough search we gave up at an optician's shop in the Panorama Hotel. They don't sell Serengetis. ... ship, a sister ship to the one Tom & I went on with Walt! It was beautiful to behold but I am happy to be on land and not sea. Tomorrow we get picked up by our hired driver at 9 am to be dropped off at Bomerano where will will hike the Path of the Gods to the tiny village of Nocelle. We will stay at Nino's B & B for the night. He has a great video on the internet about his place. Our driver will deliver our bags there so we don't have to carry them. ...

We quickly opened the gates and came out onto the road about 20m from the entrance to the pine tree plantation. We sat and enjoyed cocktails as the sun went down and then took this old walkway that hugged the cliff back to the main part of town. ... outings but we find ourselves enjoying a well earned drink and quick snack in the very beautiful town of Ravello! It is just so pretty, with views on one edge of the ocean and the other edge of tidy, well kept mountain villages. A truly amazing village we are pleased we have had time to visit.
