A travel blog entry by d72wilson on Sep 17, 2014

Lazy day. Located point of departure for Duoglio Beach at 2:30 tomorrow afternoon, riding "Julia" from the main pier. Checked the bus schedule for Beth's bus up to Ravello tomorrow morning. Then to the beach for a few hours in the hazy sun. Had a good swim (I go out to the swimming zone barrier; about 150 yards). The saltwater is really ...

Bradden had both juices but we each had a croissant and they were great. I showered and we got ready and by midday we left the hotel for a wander around the streets. I could not believe how many pastries and gelati shops ...

We set sail this morning for a day at sea, the three of us our captain and a non English speaking Italian couple. We slowly sailed past Praiano, stopping for a swim in the sparkling aqua waters of Furore. Refreshed we set off for the Emerald grotto where were disembarked and hopped on a smaller boat to explore the crystal green waters. Back on our boat we made our way to the natural freshwater ...
