    Last night in Orlando we found an excellent place to eat just across the road from our hotel. It was called The Pub and unsurprisingly had a very British influence including the staff wearing kilts and Chelsea shirts. I felt sorry for them, not for wearing kilts but the Chelsea shirts - shocking!

    ... I was a volunteer for this festival. We organized some activities for the kids. I worked at a fish-painting tent. The children had to paint a rubber fish and tamp a paper on it. It was really fun.

    This week, I’m going to go to Boynton Beach! I will spend three days with my mother’s cousin. I’m really excited to discover another city. At the end of the week, I’ll be back to work at the Manatee Center.

    ... the second part of my internship. I’m going to work at the Manatee Center. I’m a little stressed to leave my routine at the baseball training but I’m also excited to discover a new world and new people. It will be another enriching experience.

    ... says it makes her sound older. We celebrated her birthday by going to see Rio2 with Lily and then we came home for ice cream and cake.

    For Easter Sunday the kids woke up to find their Easter baskets and a number of eggs hidden around the house. Thank you Mr. Easter bunny for finding us in Florida! We ended the day with John and Nicole coming over for a nice dinner.

    ... m also a fan of pulled pork and I can tell something, he is very good. The sauce that they put on the pork is delicious and the portion that they put in your plate is generous. I was not able to eat all my French fries the first time that I ate there, but one thing is sure, you will eat all your ribs. Every time that I enter in this restaurant, I feel starving.
