    ... she works with is stored. There were amazing bits and pieces from old stations and trains, like telegraph machines, train seats, post boxes, stamps and seals, chamber pots, weighing scales and, my personal favourite, heaps of beautiful old cases, boxes and trunks.

    An excellent day was topped off by having an afternoon tea of icecream and strawberries with two more of Emelie's friends back at her place. The only dampener on the day was the liquorice and chilli icecream. ...

    Driving through torrential rain we decided to find somewhere to free camp and selected quiet village ski car park, 400m down a narrow gravel track. Perfect we thought until the first of the committee party goers arrived to celebrate the building of their Piste basher's hut!! Thankfully we couldn't hear them for the rain hitting the roof. We even managed to watch the FA Cup final on the German satellite.

    ... trip was put on ice.

    A rivaling itinerary down to the Black Sea then got more attention. The plan was for a short 14-day road trip down through Ukraine, over to Romania and driving back up to Sweden through the amazing Carpathian Mountains. Passing through Hungary, Slovakia and taking one of a couple possible routs back to Stockholm.

    So there you have it, from start to finish, i hope you liked it, if you made it to the end. For me, it was another trip i enjoyed every second!
