      ... would be preferable, but there seems not to be such luck. The shortest trip through Moldavia seems to be the 2 km stretch between the Ukraine and Romanian crossings. But I can only imagine how long four different border stations will take, if they're even open. Well, future Garm will have to deal with it I guess, presumably at a hotel in Kiev.
