... traffic into chaos. Our bus was stuck in a major traffic jam so we took off on foot. Stockholm is such an easy city to navigate. It is very flat and quite small in comparison to other capital cities I have visited. Most places are accessible by foot. We were seeing a Korean movie called "The Divine Move", about the game baduk (a brainy game played with white and black stones on a board with a grid) and the gambling/mafia world surrounding it. People were playing to save their lives (but often failed, in ...

I woke up feeling pretty bad today. My throat was so sore! I had a fika and dinner planned with Anneli and her daughter. I thought about calling a rain check, but I really didn't want to let them down and reschedule! So I downed some Dayquil and got dressed!! It was a chilly day with rain impending. I got to the central station about 20 minutes early, so I could fill up my card and find the platform without rush. Well, I found my platform fine, but I also was about 28 minutes early. So ...
