My Christmas Trip Around Europe

A travel blog entry by morgan749

Day 13: Today we continued on our travels and we are going to Halmstad. When we arrived there we went to Tylosand Strand which is a beach and we had a walk along the beach. We had a really nice time and we really enjoyed ourselves. After lunch we went to Halmstad Aventyrsland which is a theme park. We had lots ...

Culture Vultures

A travel blog entry by derek_roberts10

Well it's a new month, one that it beyond debate a summer one, so let’s hope that we actually begin to get summer weather. Today was a good start, it was bright and sunny but there was a chill wind blowing from NNW, essentially right on the nose for the first 17 miles until we could bear away somewhat after passing the headland at Kullen. Our destination was the small village/harbour of Torekov, another 11 miles further on.

The first three hours or so then were passed ...
