Today the park opened at 10:00a which dramatically increased our chances of making it there in time for the opening. Ordinarily Toon Town would open at 11:00a but Kerry had passes to that got us in an hour earlier for a special character event. They made us honourary citizens of Toon Town and you had a better chance of getting pictures with the characters. These were the same characters we saw yesterday though. Today we decided we would be at the park when it opened and be there when it closed. This was not as difficult it would normally be since the park opens at 9:00 and closes at 8:00. We started our day at California Adventure at 10:00a. Today the croweds were much more managable and we were able to walk right in. After a hard night fighting pixie dust we awoke to our final day at Disneyland. The hotel was booked so we had to be out of the room by 11:00 even though our flight didn't leave till 8:30. Today our trip began. My parents were picking us up around 6:45 am so we had to be up early. Not only did we have to make sure that everything was in the luggage but, since we are having our master bath and bedroom remodeled while we are gone we had to get that all cleared out as well. Up early and out the door by 7 for our 8:30 flight. We departed on time, had an uneventful flight and landed in Long Beach, CA on time. Nikki and the girls went to baggage claim while I went to get the rental car. There was not much traffic to the Disneyland Hotel so we made it there by around 10. Checked in, our room was ready and so was the Bakers so the CM allowed me to check us both in, that way the Baker Family could just go straight to their room.
