... included seat cushions which were necessary. The 2 seats beside us were vacant due to unflattering seating surfaces so we got more leg and backpack room. The play was super full and the venue added to the historical significance of the play. They did modernize the play to suit the modern audience though. ... ever full. It's sad seeing all these nice places empty as there's just too many. There are so many it's hardly possible to have them filled. It pulls on my heart strings. Many of them were set up with couch chairs at at the table next to the water.

... getting gelato earlier in the day, we had noticed a sign at the café/dessert place next door offering loukoumades, and we decided to go and try them after dinner. We all split a plate (or two) between two people. Alena and I split a plate of chocolate, though we still got to try the honey-and-walnut ones that Ariana and Shelby had gotten. ... walk downhill to our hotel. Hooray! We find our gorgeous little pensionne. We are disappointed that we don't have sea view but we do have a lovely little shared courtyard. Our room is a stone space built into the hill. It is as though we are staying in a cool cellar. We get organized and find the amazing fresh strawberries that I bought from a stall in Athens.
