... When we got back to the port, the Costa Magica had pulled in next to us. What a difference! People everywhere!

A quiet day on board. I managed to insult a very rude woman who pushed in front of me then went on and on and on asking questions about Istanbul. I finally asked if it was ok to interrupt this woman who had pushed in front of me. The other highlight was sitting ...

... to Italian churches. We then drove to Achilleion Palace which has beautiful gardens and classical statues overlooking the coast. This was built by and Austrian empress in the late 1800s - and it really was very beautiful. During the war it was used as a hospital and later as an orphanage before it was restored for tourists to view. We drove through the main town and by this stage it was so wet we decided to return to the ship and warm up and have ...

Day 46 - Corfu Greek Island

A travel blog entry by ttdaniel on Oct 03, 2014

... stop was the Mexican specialty restaurant (optional restaurant to pay to eat at). We watched the staff prepare a burrito and then we were seated, given a glass of wine, a MSC gift and a burrito! We were stoked as we did not realise a meal was included in the tour. This explains the cost of the tour.
After the tour Toby dragged me to the gym for a quick therapy workout, then it was time to get ready to disembark in Corfu. Today we chose to do the ...
