We got into Agios Nickolaos [a-yose nee-KOL-as] yesterday evening. It's back north from Myrtos about an hour. It's facing east since it's in the Mirobella Bay even though it's on the northern coast. Today was pretty leisurely with breakfast at a cafe with at 11am for coffee, pastries and loukoumades [loo-koo-mades - rhymes with Padres]. There basically funnel cake balls with honey and cinnamon. Hiking the longest gorge in Europe

... camera for now you will all have to take my word for it! We started at the top of the gorge and quickly descended down rocky switchbacks. We crossed the river/riverbed at least half a dozen times over the 11 miles and at some points had to walk single file down rock scrambles.
