Disappointing stop

... as I go further North. Apparently Hanoi is pretty cold now, and Sapa is just ridiculous! Some people have said there's actually snow up there now, there's is no way i'm prepared for snow! So I may be finishing Vietnam a bit earlier than I would have liked.

As my brother kindly pointed out, I could be making these blogs alot shorter. So here's the short and sweet version. I got a bus, saw some stuff, met some people and got drunk :D how's that?

... this involved a 3 course meal and all you could drink between 11:30 and 14:30. A good solid 3 hours! At the table we sat with Herbet, Ronald and here we met Ferry, Kim and Ariel. The day consisted of drinking too much alcohol and I managed to skype my lovelies at home :-) All in all a grand Christmas day!

So that brings us to boxing day...and another coach ride! This time to Hoi An which is only 4 hours away!

It's been an exciting last few days with us spending almost as much time on buses as off. Turns out it takes a ton of time to get from place to place within Vietnam. We left Saigon on Tuesday night in a sleeper bus. We ended up on the local bus that took 10 hours to get to Nha Trang. And how many times did we stop for the bathroom… none.
