    ... Mauz family to a dinner out. All week we had watched them preparing meal after meal for us and we decided enough was enough. They were going to have a dinner that they could enjoy from beginning to end...no negotiation! We went to a restaurant that was a brewery. Tilmann's mother came...as did Nando.     ... we had a quick tour of the city, we started yet another hike up a mountain. This time we visited a church that was carved into the rock that was already there. Pretty amazing.     ... inside the glass wall watch fascinated as we rush out into the square. Strange people the English. Torrential rain this evening and night, everything soaked, campsite flooded. The automatic gates on the river open overnight to reduce the water level kept back by small hydro electric barrage. Thank heavens otherwise we really would have been in trouble.
