    After very little sleep and a bit of a dicky belly myself, I was in the taxi on the way to the airport. Think two weeks in India was enough, be nice to sleep in my own bed, have a bath and eat normal food! Our flight from Goa was delayed but only by an hour.     ... experience we did have to steady our nerves with a bottle of the local brandy, which at 50p a bottle is too tempting to turn down! We were lucky to catch some Russian rasta’s (yes I know!) playing a drum and hang drum set in one of the bars, which was excellent, we just sat in the sand and watched with fascination, before making our way back home and stumbling on a full on psy trace party booming out Liquid Soul from a bar within the sand dunes, what a contrast!     Once the check in desks finally opened we were whisked through the the gate and boarded the plane. A short hop of over an hour to Mumbai then a quick transfer and a further 40mins to Goa. We got VIP treatment at the transfer as Laura was still in a wheelchair as her legs were still too shaky so lots of queue jumping occurred and we were first to board the plane.

    ... our journey was hassle free. The plantation is completely organic.We were shown how the earth worm compost was made...eww!! The poor vanilla creepers (klimop) give off no smell so it is impossible for them to be polunised by birds and insects. Instead the workers gently touch each flowerand this works just as well. There was lots more but the place was huge, with like 3000 workers...next was the buffet, they gave us some pompidoms to start but ...
