After our fabulous 27 hour journey from Izmir, we were exhausted. Each plane was delayed, the airport was so confusing and we had to switch terminals in New Delhi (which is not an easy airport to navigate). Needless to say, after our 1.5 hour taxi ride, we were excited to check in and enjoy the beach.

So each year, a huge crew of locals come and within days/weeks the ...

Has been madness!! We spent 3 days in Udaipur which I think is my favourite place. The town is set around the city palace and a lake... Absolutely stunning. Being on the G Adventures tour is great but it often means that we're stuck to a schedule & don't have much free time, but in updaipur we had a lot of free time which was nice. It did highlight what traveling will be like on our own though. Becca and I got completely lost in the town for an hour in the midday heat, down all ...

... with the oldest doing advanced poses. I am inspired by the depth if the practice itself. Like a lover, charming, sweet and slowly unraveling its mysteries. So many people here practicing together from very beginners to advanced students. All it takes is a commitment, discipline, and the willingness to drop your old stories, resistances and the self will. Show up, open and see what transforms. All four of my children inspire me, each of them unique in ...
