I didn't take any photos as it was very crowded and the food came out very fast. The pork dish was particularly delicious. Slow-cooked shanks with the meat just falling off the bone. Also water bamboo cut into chips and steamed with a tasty sauce. Some free time after lunch for retail therapy before back on the ...

We wake up as normal, jaded and in slow motion but we get our act together to go and see Jake. I've mentioned him before but just in case, he's my cousins stepson. 18 years old and got offered a fantastic opportunity to DJ in a city near Shanghai. He's been there 2 months and already building up a bit of a fan club. He's even done a magazine interview and next week he's on the radio. I have to say I'm very proud of him, he's taking the plunge and trying something ...
