Our flight from Israel was a red eye that actually had to connect in Jordan because there are no direct flights (the U.A.E. doesn't recognize the Israel). Arrived in Dubai and something was out of place. Was it the 6 lane highways or that there were no scooters with a guy carrying a goat?

... had to guess where they were from. Our favorite was the fiery house from hell, of course.

There was an aviary too, mostly with very huge pigeons and, mysteriously, a rabbit. Not far from there, we discovered a bathroom with an unlocked door. The 'toilets' were basically just a hole in the ground, but I guess you can't be too picky.

We went on some swings, took pictures of the flying camels ride, walked around in a water fountain we weren't supposed to ...

... is Dubai to Nairobi and 5 hours long. Should be cool having a window seat, hopefully I will get to see the world's tallest building and the palm island thing on the flight out! and then seeing the African landscape flying into Nairobi will be sweet as well!
