      ... in the duomo. This was pretty impressive, in a different style from all the other duomos of Italy I had seen so far as it was gothic instead of Renaissance. There was an insane amount of statuary on the outside of the building, high up on the spires as well. Inside was just as impressive.     ... girlfriend Ella on the way. We went to this all you can eat buffet place, a growing trend in Milan, which was amazing. They're both in their last year of law and very interesting and nice people. I was sad I only got to spend two hours with them. When I got back Nim revealed she hadn't eaten because the supermarket had been closed (she somehow went in and then got locked in) so I went and got her food.
