    ... of living with their goats etc.

    After spending another few days in Kas (I needed the replace the shower hose again - the previous one lasted 2 weeks! so I installed a reinforced one). Whilst there we had dinner on a boat with young Kiwi guy and German girlfriend whom we had met earlier.

    The last day was our best sailing day, with 25 knots behind us we ran down-wind at 5.5 - 6 knots just with the genoa - a very relaxing last day of the trip.

    ... We can hear wild parrots and people chatting. Exhausted we go to bed. After a long sleep in its time to explore the old town. Holy **** this is what has been missing from my life for while. There are no cars/motorbikes just people on foot. Beautiful medieval buildings and streets. Full of Europeans. Zero ***** given. I love these people. Lots of walking, exploring, taking photos and drinking summer drinks. Amy, tom & Asher will arrive later ...

    ... attached to one side. The pebble work on the outdoor courtyards was very pretty, and generally the place had a nice peaceful tranquil feel to it. Found a backstreet restaurant for lunch. Away from the dreadful hawkers and their 2 litre glass boots of beer. Then we meandered back on board and had a nice swim and spa at the back pool. My god I even felt cold for once.     ... the bus drivers. We parked in the back corner next to a park / kiddies' playground and went for a walk. Although Dalyan is clearly a tourist base it had a very positive and relaxed feel. The streets were clean and attractively designed.
