Watched newly formed flocks of ducks wheeling and dealing as to who should be the leader for the trip south.

Dinner at the local pub/ restaurant. Paul, always braver than me, had the soused herring. From his comments, grin and empty plate, gather it was excellent. I, very happily, polished off a large bowl of pumpkin ginger curry soup.

... to seeing dead ones on the road.



Timed our scenic drive to perfection. Light rain falling as we walked out into town for dinner. Once we'd had enough of the rain, had dinner. Paul chose what translated to the local spicy seafood hotpot, and, not surprisingly, loved it. I carefully chose the salmon, which was cooked to absolute perfection.

... more, when suddenly the tyre blew out. marc luckily pulled over to the side and we all hopped out of the car. It was close to midnight, the sky was pitch black, we were without a spare tyre and cars were speeding past us at enormous speeds. Maybe a little dangerous so we waited off the road behind the barriers and away from the car whilst marc and susie figured out what to do. First call was the police whom arrived about 20 mins ...

... even sail the boat completely by himself and he is 5!! After the beach, Paul and I boarded johnathons boat and spent an hour or so chatting to Stephan about all sorts of things. Paul was very interested in the workmanship behind the boat, hence him now wanting to build one ... ... Paul and I have been joking that we knocked about 5 years off our life at this pub. It did have a great atmosphere however and we had a lot of fun that night .. As soon as we had finished a beer, the bartender was there already with another one for us. I had a few, began trying to speak German , which everyone loved and the night was spent laughing a lot and planning Paul and my future in the town haha After few hours, the owner of a welding construction ...
