      12F when we awoke can't imagine what 75F even feels like any more. Packed up the car and headed to the airport with our car and house sitter Miss Elizabeth in tow. Our flight was delayed slightly by de-icing however we were soon in the air and heading to warmer climates. Checked in at the hotel (bags all arrived!) ...

      ... in my Sauvignon Blanc, but I let it slide ;) Dinner: well apparently you have 3 courses on Delta....Delta, you may be the death of me....Marlin is used to 3 courses...I am going to have to call Giada and get on that whole "course" thing.....Pickles are a course right?!?       ... and if the woman wearing a scarf in front of me whipped it around her any more I may have lost it. There was a kid that looked like the spitting devil from Serendipity that was running the isles and I only managed to go to the bathroom once! Can you say dehydrated? We landed and herded out of the plane and skated through customs and passport control and now are in a taxi headed to Marlin's house. I am so happy to be home and that I live in the USA!
