- Cincinnati Premium Outlets in Monroe (sadly, all we walked away with was a pair of shorts from Columbia)
- KFC in Kentucky (OMG it was SO gooooood!! Who knew KFC was sooo much better in Kentucky?!)
- Teppanyaki Grill Buffet in Michigan, near airport (our favorite buffet ...
... plan so this let us keep yapping during the whole drive).
The last bit of the drive took us through the Tail of the Dragon, the most famous touring road in North America. It sure was a twisty drive! Unfortunately, Matt and Esen both got a little nauseous after a while so it eventually became a difficult drive. Took us over an hour to get through the Tail.

Two movies and two NON gluten free meals plus one short cat nap equals less than 7 hours to go...at least to Shanghai!...mathematically speaking.
speaking. One good thing...I am catching up on all the movies I never saw:) one made me cry...my plane mates probably thought I was crying from boredom! HA!

This livewire wife of Elias got out her song book as soon as she settled on the bus and announced that we were singing. All of us. The songs soon started to flow, one after another would suggest a song and virtually everyone on the bus joined in as we rolled down the freeway.
As usual, selecting a seat leads to the next job, getting to know the people around you. Today I got to know this pair... they were sitting ...
... Statue of David, the Leaning Tower of Pisa, the taxi boat, and the Gondola Ride. The views we saw, such as from Duomo and St. Peter's Basilica, were absolutely indescribable and no pictures can compare. The sunset from the famous bridge in Florence was insanely beautiful, and going past the canals in Venice was awesome. Seeing the prisons in Doge's Palace was one of the coolest things I've ever seen, especially since the layout was to see the last ...
