    ... tour was over I purchased a large bottle of beer for $1.70 with which I refreshed myself and one of our tour companions.

    Today we had a delightful day in Qingdao, China. Qingdao is beautiful coastal city with an interesting history. The city is sometimes referred to as the Switzerland of the east because it is surrounded by water on three sides and beautiful green hills on the other.     The weather has been right beaut this week in Qingdao and I've had a pretty busy week.
