      I have just spent the most amazing 8 days in the stunning country of Switzerland and absolutely loved every minute!       ... is in the very heart of the old town and they told us stories of how ruthless people can get when one of the spaces become available for rent!

      We had raclette with a grill on top for meat. Raclette is cheese melted in these scoops by individuals then added to potatoes, meat, pickles and salad. Another regional dish. Lots of wine and laughter to accompany the evening.
