    ... then customs and a train from our terminal to the baggage claim area, finally through and up to the information counter who pointed us in the direction of the hotel, it's within the airport. Checked in and the hotel let us have the keys straight away, so had a couple hours sleep.

    ... designed for a legless Pygmy it was time for some sightseeing. The buildings are stunning. Cobbled stoned streets wind their way through the central area of the town which has banned cars. A parade of medieval characters marched down one such street with a court jester leading the way. The central town area is overlooked by a large castle. We're looking forward to exploring tomorrow.

    ... Even when it's raining and cold. Yesterday we booked train tickets to Interlaken for the day. The train ride is one of the most beautiful in Switzerland and takes 2 hours. It was indeed spectacular, despite the overcast day and rain. Many many "imagine how this would look if it was sunny" comments were made.
