    Not much to report today. We went to Lassiters Casino for dinner last night which is pretty much on par with Moss Vegas RSL really, with the exception that they weren't interested in checking ID upon entry. I can recommend Desert Palms Resort 'villas' if you're looking for somewhere secure to stay in Alice. I probably wouldn't recommend Stumps for …

    This morning we did the Ghost Gum Walk at Ormiston Gorge. Can't seem to get enough of majestic views it seems. This was a shortish walk, about 1.5 hrs, which we did in lieu of the longer Ormiston Pound Walk, which we felt would be too long in this heat and with a view to getting to Alice Springs by lunchtime.
