Some of them were pretty daring…sneaking behind us as we ate our apples and investigated Darrens backpack to see if there were any easy meals to be had. It was clear some of these critters were fed a lot as they were HUGE!!

Whilst resting, we met a group of people from Texas probably in their late 50’s maybe older. They had hiked rim ...

Finally discovered what they are, they are snow fences and help limit the amount of snow blowing on to the roads during winter. ... set up the kitchen, living room and toilets. Next and most important thing was 'potty training" where we were shown how to use the toilets (or 'groovers' as they are called). ... the Stratosphere where we were staying. It was unbelievable! The tower is the highest point in Las Vegas. There is an amazing view of the city from there. There are also several thrill rides in the top of the tower. We watched some of the people ride the rides hanging over the edge of the tower. Austin and Josh decided to go back later and check out what was ...
