An early start again, up and ready for the longest journey of the trip, crossing all the way to Playa del Carmen in Mexico! After catching the boat back to the mainland and actually having to put a jumper on because the wind was so cold with the oncoming storms, we arrived ready but not willing to take a few chicken buses to the border. ... in awe of the natural beauty around us. There are not enough words to describe this underground river. You just simply have to see it for yourself. It is nothing short of spectacular and beautiful. It is this underground river system deep below the forest floor which supplies the thousands of Cenotes with water. Its so amazing how they are all connected.
The water is perfectly clear. The attention of our guide to make sure we ...

Basically the fish produce an enzyme that promotes skin regeneration and the fish eat the dead skin. We ended the night with a pool party and a wonderful dinner. Beef kabobs with ...
