There were interpretive signs and video displays, and candlelit rooms with barrels that held opened bottles of the various regional (AOC) wines, both white and red; Cote de Nuits, Cote de Beaune, Chablis, Pommard, Volnay, Meursault, and qu'est ce c'est?, the Cremant de Bourgogne!
