My schedule is pretty good actually.
Before arriving in France I had asked if I could have either a Monday
or Friday off, this way I would be able to make some weekend trips if
I wanted to. I was lucky and now have Friday, Saturday, Sunday to
myself and to spend with the other assistants who are living in
Rochefort. And during my school days I only work an average of 3

Early night both of us are ...

    Hospitality, Generosity, Sincerity
First things first, let us rid
ourselves of the unfortunate stereotype we tend to have towards the
French. Like all nationalities, they are old, young, rich, poor,

same as you and me, I know, hard to believe. But it’s true. They
may have the time today to talk, and they may not, ...

... at much less than 200mph. We reached the turn to Alpe D'Huez late in the afternoon and drove maybe 25 km to reach the first of the hairpin turns number 21. Every turn was so sharp that I had to drop into first gear to keep from stalling out on the subsequent rise through the next switchback and I never made it out of second gear before the next hairpin because the grade was closer to 10% than 8%. ...

... thats when i have to say I felt really disappointed. The reality is there's nothing great about Geneva. Its really just an ordinary European city, with lots of apartment buildings, dirty streets and traffic. Nothing great at all. The main part of town centered around the lake promenade is so-so, and parts of it seem a little rundown as well. We hung out for a little bit at a park near the main part of the city where some kind of summer festival was going ...
