    The room was spacious and warm. We had a great view of the street below. The huge bath was a real treat.

    ... Gronergrat .It is at 3100 feet, very thin air , very exhilarating. It is the closest you can get without climbing the Matterhorn (which Noel was seriously contemplating how we could fit that in also ). Air crisp , sun out, snow everywhere.     ... the Alps and down in towards Sion. The GPS now heads us us up the mountain side for 15 km. the road is very winding and narrow road. Russ has to seriously concentrate as there are substantial drop offs . The girls are getting very nervous in the back and some comment was made that they were pleased that Russell was driving.
