The town was pretty small but we did go into a museum to learn about Chinese New Year and which Chinese year we were born in. As Liam pointed out we could have just googled it but Steph found it particularly ...

... know this is some great food, but I am just not used to experiencing what the locals like about it. I will keep trying to expand my horizons and try more and more of what this area has to offer. I am getting to be quite the noodle fan already, since they are made fresh and all. Maybe some of the pigs kidney dishes will start to appeal at some point.
