      Visited Lafayette College

... oriented. The campus is quite beautiful with many old buildings mixed in with the newer architectures. Zachary felt good about the school - but thought it might be too liberal arts oriented - he also felt it was similar to Tufts. He felt the campus was on the smaller ...

      Visited Lehigh University

A travel blog entry by tweinert on Apr 08, 2015

We visited Lehigh in the morning. A cold damp morning for April. After an information session with probably 180-200 people we toured the campus. Zachary felt good about the campus and the academic mix of sciences, business and engineering. This was probably the first time I was on the campus in 30 years! And boy has it changed. With this early belief to promote sustainability and responsible management of natural resources, Milford holds a lot of respect by its residents and visitors alike. In warmer months there ...

Ottawa was very good to us! Carrie's Cucina treated us to a wonderful roast leg of lamb dinner with fingerling potatoes and baby peas! Homemade cinnamon ice cream. In Robert's Bar, Manhattan's rocked, wine flowed and we soundly slept the night away. We will return the treats when they visit us at the end of the month! Can't wait.

It was an early departure on a very bright, sunny and crisp day. We crossed into New York State via the 1000 Island Bridge at Gananoque. The roads ...

      Don Laine Campground

A travel blog entry by heavenonearth on Oct 14, 2014

Don Laine Campground was one of the nicest campgrounds we have been in since we left Roseville California. It was in the rolling hills of Pennsylvania just north of Allentown. The campground was situated on the top of a hill and you could see the all the hills below us and they were in full fall color. This was a terrific campground. We had an appointment with the Toyota dealer in Allentown ...
