2 hour flight to Philadelphia + 20 min train ride to center city + 2 hour wait/lunch + 1.5 hour bus ride later... I am at Lehigh University!!! It is a gorgeous campus with a lot of hills and concrete steps. The midday heat rivaled that of Atlanta. I managed to get checked in, shower and nap before going to an all staff dinner! It's a much bigger camp with 14-15 staff members and 120 students! Seems like a diverse, nice mix of people. I am ...

At 12:30 the day after my stay in Hamburg, I was at the Port Clinton post office picking up my package. I was excited to finally have the boots I had been looking forward to for a week or two. The soles of my feet had been getting sore each day from all the sharp and pointy rocks, so having thick soles on my footwear was going to be awesome. Or so I thought.

To be fair, the thick soles WERE awesome. I could stand on the point of a rock and barely even feel ...

... br> We were excited to visit the Diorama in Gettysburgh. It is one of the worlds largest military dioramas and features a 30 minute light and sound show displayed on a miniature field depicting Gettysburg as it appeared in 1863. It's really a must see to understand the Battle of Gettysburg.

Gettysburg is all about the American Civil War. In addition to the battlefield, there are many other amazing experiences to take in. After ...

... we saw some wonderful sights and I enjoyed learning more about Brazil's history. The games were, of course, incredible and the fan excitement and enthusiasm is truly catching. But the best part for me was the time I got to spend with 3 of my children as young adults. They were fun, they were good sports, we all got along and I felt like the luckiest person in the world to have this experience with them. Thanks kids...... Now, who's up for Russia in 2018??
