We did, but not for long as the gravel continued for many kilometres and we mutually agreed getting back on the main road would be easier. For some reason in this area of Denmark cycle paths are a rarity. It took us 2.5 hours for us to reach our first cycle path alongside a road. This morning flew by. The whole day flew by in fact. Maybe it's "finish fever" as our Gold DofE instructor Jim would say.

We had a lot of wind throughout the day which was both a blessing and a curse. It slowed us down and sped us up. Our "full" day at Legoland. Not a lot of rides for us "bigger " kids, but the ones that there were were fun. Only downside was the wait in queue and the rides were generally quite short. But certainly lots to look at while you wait. And there is Lego everywhere for the kids ...

... runes for H and B for the Bluetooth sign. The stones themselves are part of the World Heritage List and the committee assessed they were in danger due to cracking and flaking so special glass cases now enclose each runestone. We then climbed up the large mound, which was pretty spacy, and had a great view, loved it a lot!
