... heavy things, our backs needed some tender loving care. We each nurtured ourselves with chiropractic appointments before we left Jackson. Thank God for good chiropractors! They of course reminded us both that we are not 22 yrs. old and should be more aware of our backs and other various body parts. I think I will remember in the future to be more careful. ... What a find! At 6124' of elevation and 1800 surface
acres of blue water streaked green, with water plants growing up from
the bottom some twenty feet below, the mountains weathered to a
rounded softness, green to brown, it looks just plain beautiful. When
you factor in the the white pelicans flying over the lake in
formation, the western grebes running atop the water, the large
flights of sandhill cranes crossing over in the evening, back to
Grays Lake NWR ...
