      ... every day so far. We explained that the fixed mindset is something that needed to change, and the growth mindset as referenced in the book would have him at least try something new. He did, and amazingly he liked it. I believe it was risotto but it honestly tasted like Mac and cheese.

    ... went half way up onto the roof. Brilliant visibility. The Bernina Express Train finished it's journey in Tirano. We thought it would be a crime not to have gelato sincere we were now in Italy. We waited for about an hour and a half to catch the Bernina Express bus to Lugano, Switzerland.
