      ... night next to a usually busy road. Some rain en route today but OK now. It was a great drive down into Millau and we saw some eagles flying, below us at first, they are always fantastic to see. A great night's sleep despite heavy rain for an hour or so.       ... out of a children's story book. We read that this castle gets 4,000,000 visitors a year but when we were there we nearly had it to ourselves. Again we had wonderful weather. After France I wanted to ride through Andorra and the Pyrenees mountains. As some of you know Andorra is a nut house but the mountain roads are awesome. We were able to stay off the autoroutes most of the way. It's like the US. The secondary roads are all resurfaced and no traffic. A couple of days ...

      ... I think they enjoyed the opportunity to chat with someone who wasn't going to take a shot, unless it was about rugby. They offered a photo op the next morning at 8am. Man we were up early for that! And when we got outside the hotel it was apparent that their motos were still at the police station. So we went for breakfast and then met them later at the station for photos and coffee. Again a few laughs and then we headed south west towards St Affrique. The rain ...

      ... that. Next I tried the kangaroo with the jumping action. Still nothing. Then I said ' Aussie' and he clicked. He then knew the kangaroo and said he saw Australia on the TV. We were very grateful to our French friend.

      Had another 4hr drive South East today, through Millau Town with the stunning Millau Bridge in the distance. Having dipped down into the town and not going over the bridge we rejoined the A75 for a few km's before coming off and traveling 50km across some wonderful terrain before arriving at Le Val de L'Arre in Le Vigan.
