My dear friends: It's getting colder in Canada and my thoughts are wandering to warmer climes. On January 12/2010, I fly to Managua, Nicaragua and then work my way north ending up in Cancun, Mexico. From there, I fly to join many members of the Gaudun family in Daytona Beach. If you would rather not get notifications of my travel blogs just send a brief "no thank you" to this travelpod . No problem. Hasta la vista baby. Steve

Brantford, Ontario, Canada rdevansville... get around to it all. Whatever it might be.

Been into the city alot more visiting friends and family. Riverdale Farm right in Toronto was a highlight. A slice of simplicity smack dab in the middle of chaos. Gotta love it. Immediately, the neighborhood is popping out all these cool individuals I had no idea even lived here. Just goes to show that your own backyard can be very intriguing indeed! Meeting new people for me sort of bridges the ...
Guelph, Ontario, Canada wakingdream... shorts, lader-hosen, Y-shaped suspenders, funny little caps with long feathers, badge laden vests and everybody locking elbows, swaying and yelling ziggy-zaggy, ziggy-zaggy hoi-hoi-hoi and drinking another beer. Kitchener, Ontario, Canada cdrewitz... once we had arrived at Costa Rican Backpackers. We hadn't so much as gotten in the doorway of reception when I heard "I know yoooooouuuuuuuu!" Oh no, it couldn't be. It was. I had my own version of "Valentine" whom I'd met in Monteverde and was hoping that was the last I'd see of him. But he had found his way to San Jose, unconveniently coinciding with our departure. After some attempts to get us to ask about ...
Kitchener, Ontario, Canada cdrewitz... only selling Canadian beers on draught and there were no steiners. Not exactly very German!!! It was that bad our Australian friend caught his bus to Toronto a few hours early. Still didn't stop me and the Scotsman (Andy) drinking all day and most of the night, once again we failed in pulling the Canadian locals, ending up at an American flat to continue the drinking after the bars ...
Kitchener, Ontario, Canada sd0744... of the black suitcase, surrounded by a single rainbow elastic band, to distinguish it from all the other black suitcases with a single rainbow elastic band. Unfortunately I must wait another few months before the next airport, a plane ride and a brand new adventure. Enjoy our photos and next time, spare yourself from reading this and just experience it with us! .... from the girl with the July 2007 edition of "Living Abroad" in her hand
