My dear friends: It's getting colder in Canada and my thoughts are wandering to warmer climes. On January 12/2010, I fly to Managua, Nicaragua and then work my way north ending up in Cancun, Mexico. From there, I fly to join many members of the Gaudun family in Daytona Beach. If you would rather not get notifications of my travel blogs just send a brief "no thank you" to this travelpod . No problem. Hasta la vista baby. Steve

Mississauga, Ontario, Canada blmc... you can actually organize your thoughts, but in the end, it doesn't work out so perfectly as that. But, it helps.

So, let's see. Right now the wall infront of me is shaking and vibrating as my man puts the finishing touches on his masterpiece wrap-around porch. Like you see on all those beautiful southern plantations, although not so grand as those! It offers a brilliant spot to do just about anything. Relax with a book, entertain friends ...
Guelph, Ontario, Canada wakingdream... What side? East side!" and “E-A- S- T- East is where I wanna be! Don’t go on the balcony! Goooooo East!!” There were lots more, but these were the main ones. So of course our voices were really, really sore by the end of the night, but it was just so much fun. There were a few presentations- welcome from the president, student government etc, and then the OVs (orientation volunteers) did a 10 minute boogie to start off before each res got up ...
Guelph, Ontario, Canada ausgal21... light show at the Notre Dame, then went to Starbucks to grab a coffee and cake and write some postcards. The show was OK. We all sat there with headphones on, because you could listen to it in 4 different languages, and heard about the history of Montreal and of the church. There was a narrator and lots of little re-enactment scenes and it was all a bit boring really. Then towards the end they reveal the church (there was a screen in front of us and some to the ...

Guelph, Ontario, Canada ladyandtramp... they have designer clothing 70% discount!" I know! Lee found some shoes for me which he just loved. I think they reminded him of the gold samba outfit that I wore to the 7's. They are gold with a hint of sparkle and a little diamante on top. I did like them, but pointedout that I didn't think that I had anything that I could wear with them. That's when we set off to ...
Toronto, Ontario, Canada suily... all in all a rather interesting experience. My room mate in Toronto was this really nice Japanese guy who was in canada to study english and we had some fun despite the language problems and i took him out to a thai restaurant for dinner that evening. Monday i just spent packing, went to the embassy to get that blue book and then caught a bus up to Kingston - the place where i will be studying until christmas. N
Toronto, Canada nath_h... North Sydney, NS by 11pm ADT on Saturday in order to catch the ferry to Port-Aux-Basques, NFLD. I should be arriving in Port-Aux-Basques at 7:30am NDT on Sunday. I'll be heading straight to Gros Morne National Park for camping and hiking. Then I'm not sure what but I have to be on the ferry leaving Argentia, NFLD on Thursday the 19th at 8am NDT. That gives me 11 days to explore the island and a nice relaxing 3 days to return home from Nova Scotia. Now everybody have fun working!!
